Turbulence Training Bodyweight Cardio 3 Workout B

ok. Turbulence Training Bodyweight Cardio 3 is kicking my a$$.

I can hardly breathe.  Today I am currently in the middle of the bodyweight workout as I am writing this as I'm trying to catch my breath. I did the warmup circuit and then the 1st and 2nd Circuit of the workout. Threre are 5 exercises for each circuit.

I don't know if I can continue. Maybe I'll have to finish the workout later. Wow... I thought I was in better shape then this. I've never felt like this working out on a cardio machine or treadmill.
